When you visit our website or log in to the operation / configuration console of the cloud function (referred to as “Developer Portal”) provided for customers (referred to as “Customer” ), we may send a cookie to your computer.

Cookie is used for the purpose of keeping the login state to the Developer Portal and analyzing the use situation of the website without identifying individual for improving our website.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in future. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your computer from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Website Visitors who disable their web browsers’ ability to accept cookies will be able to browse our website although some aspects of the site will not work properly.

In addition, We may employ clear gifs (a.k.a. Web Beacons/Web Bugs) to help us better manage content on our website. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Visitors. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on your computer’s hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages.

4. Your California Privacy Rights

Under California law, a resident who has provided personal data to a business with whom he or she has established a business relationship is entitled to request information about whether the business has disclosed his or her personal data to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year. We do not have an established business relationship with any user of an application hosted on our servers ( referred to as “User”)  and we do not distribute personal data to outside parties without your explicit consent.

We require all Customers to comply with the California Shine the Light Privacy law. If you are a California resident and an User, you may request a list of certain third parties to which the Customer has disclosed personally identifiable information about you for direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year. You may request this information in writing by contacting the Customer directly.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our website and Services are not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. We also require all Customers to comply with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act or any other applicable laws relating to protection of children’s online privacy by not collecting personal data from children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under the age of 13, whether that child is a Visitor,Customer, User, or other user of the Service, upon receipt of notice from the child or a parent or guardian we will delete that child’s personal data from our systems.

6. Change of privacy policy

Website Privacy Policy may change at any time due to changes in laws and ordinances. When we change this privacy policy, we will announce it on our website.
