Transaction Receipts by Card, Tender, and Fuel Grade
POS transaction receipts can now be summarized by fuel grade, by tender, and by payment card, showing the payment mix at each site.
Knowing how customers pay matters as much as knowing what they buy. Card fees, tender mix, and card-driven volume all shape margins at the pump.
What Is New
- Receipts by fuel grade — POS receipts summarized by grade for the selected period
- Receipts by tender and grade — cash, credit, and other tenders broken down by fuel grade
- Receipts by card and grade — volume and dollars by card type, with the grade breakdown for each card
- All sales by card — every sales transaction grouped by card
Why It Matters
Pricing and finance teams can see the payment mix and card-driven volume at each site without exporting raw POS data.

Manage Fuel Prices From Request to Confirmation
Authorized users can now review each site's current fuel prices, submit price changes to the site's POS, and follow each change until the site confirms it has been applied.

Deliveries on underground tanks can now be corrected to the Bill of Lading amount, and deliveries the tank gauge missed can be added from the BOL, with the original sensor value preserved.
