Scheduled Reports and Sharper Analytics

Users can schedule their own tank inventory reports, organizations receive scheduled sales, inventory, and environmental reports, and the Fill Event and Potential Savings reports cover every tank category.

Scheduled inventory reports for several users, with schedule, last run, and result

The information a team needs every morning should arrive on its own, without anyone logging in to pull it.

What Is New

  • User-scheduled inventory reports — each user can schedule tank inventory reports by email hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly, choosing the days, time zone, and recipients
  • Organization oversight — administrators can review and manage the report schedules of every user in their organization, with the result of each run
  • Organization-wide reports — hourly sales data, tank inventory, and daily sales by product, including average price, can be scheduled for an organization alongside non-compliance notifications; these are configured by the Kii team
  • Scheduled environmental reports — environmental reports for each underground system can be emailed daily, weekly, or monthly in the selected time zone, in addition to on-demand reports; these are also configured by the Kii team
  • Analytics reports, reorganized — Fill Event Reports and Potential Savings Reports are separated, and the category filter can select every tank category at once
  • Complete exports — report exports include the summary row and full category headers, and fill event times follow the local time zone of the user

Why It Matters

Inventory positions, sales figures, and compliance reports reach dispatchers, managers, and partners on their own schedule, and the analytics that quantify delivery efficiency and savings are easier to run and share across the whole fleet.
