Introducing the Sales Dashboard
A dedicated dashboard brings POS sales from every site into one view, including sites that have no tank monitoring.
Not every site in a portfolio has an automatic tank gauge connected to Kii, but every site has sales. The new Sales Dashboard brings them together.
What Is New
- One list of every site with sales integration — including sales-only sites without tank monitoring
- Reporting status at a glance — the time each site last delivered a POS report, so missing data is identified early
- Full sales detail for each site — the same sales views, fuel grade mapping, event history, and document storage available for monitored sites
- Direct links between a site’s sales view and its underground system, where one exists
Why It Matters
Sales teams and operators can follow the performance of the entire network from one place. Sites without tank monitoring are no longer outside the picture.

Manage Fuel Prices From Request to Confirmation
Authorized users can now review each site's current fuel prices, submit price changes to the site's POS, and follow each change until the site confirms it has been applied.
Daily POS Close Reports for Every Site
Each site's daily POS close reports are now collected in Kii Tank Management, where they can be reviewed by date, checked for completeness, and downloaded as PDF.
Reconcile Deliveries Against the Bill of Lading
Deliveries on underground tanks can now be corrected to the Bill of Lading amount, and deliveries the tank gauge missed can be added from the BOL, with the original sensor value preserved.
