POS Sales Data, Down to the Individual Transaction
Individual POS transactions can now be reviewed line by line, with line items, tenders, taxes, and fueling details, and exported to CSV.

POS sales data has long been part of Kii Tank Management, from fuel sales by grade to payment mix and in-store merchandise. The latest release takes it down to the individual transaction.
What Is New
- Every transaction of the store day — individual POS transactions are listed with their amounts and taxes, searchable by transaction or reference number and filterable to fuel or card transactions
- Line-by-line detail — each transaction opens with its line items, department, fuel grade, and fueling position
- Tender and card detail — tenders and card operations are shown for each transaction, with status indicators such as suspended, recalled, and prepaid
- CSV export — transactions can be exported to CSV with full detail for audit and exception review

Why It Matters
Operators can move from a site’s daily totals to the transactions behind them without leaving the platform, investigate exceptions, and support audits without requesting records from the store.
Sales Data is available for sites with a supported POS, such as Gilbarco Passport.
