Bring Point-of-Sale Data Into the Tank Monitoring View

Each underground system can be connected to its POS, and fuel sales, dollar sales, and totalizers are shown for the site.

Sales Data for a site, with fuel sales by grade for one store day

Tank inventory shows what is in the ground, and the point of sale shows what left it. Operators who see only one side cannot tell whether a change in inventory reflects sales, deliveries, or a problem.

What Is New

  • POS connection per site — each underground system can be connected to its point-of-sale system over secured channels
  • Fuel sales — volume sold by fuel grade is shown for each site, with trend charts
  • Dollar sales — sales value by payment card type is shown alongside volume
  • Totalizers — dispenser totalizer readings are available for each site
  • Flexible periods — sales can be reviewed for a chosen start and end date and time

Why It Matters

Sales and inventory can be read side by side for each station, which is the starting point for reconciliation and for understanding how each site performs.
