POS Close Reports for Every Period, and Sales Access by User
Close reports now cover every period and arrive by email, and access to sales and reconciliation data can be granted user by user.
Sales data supports billing, reconciliation, and site performance reviews. It has to be complete and available to the people who depend on it, without being open to everyone. This release addresses both.
What Is New
- Close reports for every period — shift, day, month, and year closes are listed for each site, with the period named consistently from site to site
- Close reports by email — each close report can be emailed shortly after it is received, to the users assigned to the site
- Sales and reconciliation access by user — administrators can give individual technicians and observers access to sales data and to monthly inventory reconciliation reports, each granted separately
- Read only by design — users granted access can review the data, while adding POS sites, changing gateway settings, mapping fuel grades, and changing prices remain with administrators
Why It Matters
Every close reaches the team responsible for the site without a login, and sales visibility extends to field and partner teams while control of the data stays with administrators.
