Set Alarm Thresholds for Each Tank

Administrators can set critical and warning thresholds per tank, and users choose how and when they are notified.

A single alarm level does not fit every tank. A small tank at a busy site needs an earlier warning than a large tank that is drawn down slowly, and the people who respond need to be told in a way they will see.

What Is New

  • Per-tank thresholds — critical and warning levels are set for each tank during onboarding and can be edited later, starting from default values
  • Water level thresholds — tanks with water level sensors carry their own critical and warning limits
  • Notification preferences — each user chooses email or text message (SMS) delivery, and technicians and observers are notified for the tanks assigned to them
  • Muted notifications — notifications for a tank can be muted for selected users
  • Delivery and inventory emails — users can opt in to emails for fill events, sudden level increases or drops, and tanks that have stopped reporting new inventory

Why It Matters

Alarms reach the right people through the right channel at levels that suit each tank, which reduces both missed run-outs and unnecessary call-outs.
