Organize Tanks and Sites With Tags
Tanks, underground systems, and users can be assigned to tags in categories, and every list can be filtered by tag.
As a fleet grows, a flat list of tanks stops being useful. Tanks need to be grouped the way the business thinks about them, by region, customer, route, or product, and filtered by those groups.
What Is New
- Tags and categories — tanks, underground systems, and users can be assigned to tags, and tags are organized into categories
- Tag filters — the dashboard and lists can be filtered by one or more tags, and filter choices are remembered between visits
- Bulk assignment — many tanks can be assigned to a tag in one step
- Tags page — administrators manage tags, categories, and their assigned tanks, sites, and users from one page
Why It Matters
Teams see only the tanks that are relevant to them, and managers can report by region or customer without maintaining separate lists.
