The Kii Integration Gateway: Connect Partner Systems Securely

The Kii Integration Gateway lets authorized partner systems request price changes, follow price changes detected at each site, receive POS files and reports, and subscribe to platform events, all under strict, standards-based access control.

Adding a secure file export to a partner's SFTP server

Fuel prices are rarely decided at the station. They come from pricing engines, back-office platforms, and supply partners, and moving those decisions to the pump has typically meant manual entry at every site or a custom integration for every system. Those same systems also depend on data from the sites: detected price changes, POS files, reports, and operational events.

The Kii Integration Gateway gives those systems a single, secure way in and out.

What Is New

  • Price changes from partner systems — authorized systems send fuel price changes directly to the sites they manage, and see when each change has been applied at the pump
  • Detected price changes, passed on — price changes detected at a site are propagated to the partner systems that need them, and partners can read the prices currently posted at any site they are allowed to see
  • POS files and reports, delivered securely — POS files and scheduled reports, such as sales and inventory, are delivered to partner systems over SFTP or through webhooks carrying signed download links
  • Platform events as they happen — partners can subscribe to near-real-time events from the Kii platform through webhooks
  • Access that stays under control — each partner is approved individually, authenticated and authorized with industry-standard methods, limited to the organizations, sites, and actions it has been granted, and can be suspended at any time
  • Trust built in — every exchange is authenticated and signed, and every request is recorded, so operators always know which system asked for what, and when

Adding a webhook with a signed payload format and event type filters
Webhooks deliver signed events for the organizations and sites a partner may access.

Why It Matters

Pricing and back-office decisions reach the pump through the systems that make them, without re-keying at each site, while operators keep full control over who can act on their network. Partner systems receive the site data they depend on as it is produced, without file handling or custom work at each site.

Since September 2026, the same price changes can also be made directly from the Kii Tank Management dashboard.
