Measure Delivery Efficiency With Fill Event and Potential Savings Reports
Administrators can analyze delivery performance across the fleet and estimate the savings from better-timed deliveries.
Every delivery has a cost, and delivering to a tank that is still half full spreads that cost over fewer gallons. Distributors need to see how full tanks were when they were filled, and what better timing would be worth.
What Is New
- Fill Event Reports — deliveries across all tanks are summarized for a selected period, with fill counts, average fill volume, and pre-fill and post-fill levels
- Fill efficiency on the dashboard — each tank shows how efficiently it is being filled, and the list can be filtered by efficiency
- Potential Savings Reports — an estimate of the savings from delivering at an optimal pre-fill level, based on the average cost per delivery transaction
- Usage metrics — reports include 7-day and 30-day average daily usage, days between fills, and last month’s usage
- CSV download — report data can be downloaded for further analysis
Why It Matters
Delivery performance becomes measurable, which lets distributors adjust delivery schedules with a clear view of the savings at stake.
