Reconcile Deliveries Against the Bill of Lading

Deliveries on underground tanks can now be corrected to the Bill of Lading amount, and deliveries the tank gauge missed can be added from the BOL, with the original sensor value preserved.

Fill history for an underground tank, with an Attach BOL action on each delivery

The tank gauge measures what arrived. The Bill of Lading records what was billed. When the two disagree, inventory records need to reflect the documented amount without losing the measurement.

What Is New

  • Attach a Bill of Lading to a delivery — on underground tanks, the documented volume replaces the measured volume, while the original sensor value is preserved
  • Add missed deliveries — deliveries the automatic tank gauge did not register can be recorded from the BOL, with an optional scanned document
  • Reversible corrections — any correction can be reverted, and corrected values carry through to fill event exports

Why It Matters

Delivery records now match the paperwork the business pays against, with a clear trail back to what the gauge measured. Reconciliation, carrier questions, and inventory audits are faster to resolve.
