Forecast When Each Tank Will Run Out
Each tank shows its expected days to empty and average daily usage, so deliveries can be planned against run-out dates.
Knowing the current level answers only half the question. Dispatch needs to know when each tank will need product, based on how fast it is actually being used.
What Is New
- Days to empty — each tank shows an estimate of the days remaining before it runs out, based on its recent consumption
- Average daily usage — 7-day and 30-day average daily usage is shown for above-ground and underground tanks and included in downloads and email reports
- Run-out summary — analytics summarize which tanks are expected to run out within the selected period
Why It Matters
Deliveries can be planned against expected run-out dates rather than fixed schedules, which reduces both emergency deliveries and unnecessary stops.
