Add Custom Fields to Tanks and Sites
Administrators can define custom parameters that appear on every asset form, in the tank list, and in CSV exports.
Every organization tracks information that a standard tank record does not include, such as account numbers, cost centers, or contract references.
What Is New
- Organization-defined parameters — administrators define a set of custom parameters for their organization
- On every asset form — custom parameters appear on the onboarding and edit screens for above-ground tanks and underground systems
- In the dashboard and exports — values are shown in the tank list and included in CSV downloads
Why It Matters
Tank data carries the identifiers the business already uses, so exports can be matched to other systems without a separate lookup.

Manage Fuel Prices From Request to Confirmation

Deliveries on underground tanks can now be corrected to the Bill of Lading amount, and deliveries the tank gauge missed can be added from the BOL, with the original sensor value preserved.
