Detect Deliveries Automatically
Deliveries are detected from level readings and recorded on each tank, with a downloadable delivery history.
Delivery records are only as reliable as the paperwork and phone calls behind them. When deliveries are detected from the level readings themselves, inventory history reflects what actually arrived in the tank.
What Is New
- Fill events for underground tanks — deliveries reported by the ATG are listed on each tank with their time and volume
- Fill events for above-ground tanks — level increases measured by above-ground sensors are recorded as fill events, together with the fill height
- Recent delivery history — each tank detail page shows its most recent fill dates
- Delivery history download — fill history can be downloaded for record keeping and analysis
Why It Matters
Delivery history is captured without manual entry, giving dispatch and accounting a consistent record of when each tank was filled and by how much.

Manage Fuel Prices From Request to Confirmation
Authorized users can now review each site's current fuel prices, submit price changes to the site's POS, and follow each change until the site confirms it has been applied.
Daily POS Close Reports for Every Site
Each site's daily POS close reports are now collected in Kii Tank Management, where they can be reviewed by date, checked for completeness, and downloaded as PDF.
Reconcile Deliveries Against the Bill of Lading
Deliveries on underground tanks can now be corrected to the Bill of Lading amount, and deliveries the tank gauge missed can be added from the BOL, with the original sensor value preserved.
