Kii’s Fuel Pricing Management capability provides operators and wholesalers with near real-time visibility into price changes across their entire portfolio — confirming that pricing directives have been executed at every site and surfacing exceptions when they have not.

Near Real-Time Price Detection

Kii captures fuel price data directly from station systems, detecting price changes as they occur. This provides corporate offices, regional managers, and wholesalers with immediate confirmation that pricing directives have been executed — or an alert when they have not.

For consignment fuel suppliers, this capability is particularly critical. The supplier typically controls retail pricing as part of the consignment agreement, and needs to verify that the correct prices are being charged at every location in the network.

Price Changes, From Decision to Pump

Beyond detection, Kii delivers price changes to the station. When a pricing decision is made — whether manually by a pricing analyst or automatically by an optimization engine — the new prices can be pushed through the Kii platform to the stations that need them.

• From the dashboard — authorized users review a site’s current prices, edit them, and submit only the prices that changed
• From partner systems — pricing engines and back-office platforms submit price changes through the Kii Integration Gateway, limited to the organizations, sites, and actions each system has been granted
• Confirmed at the site — each change is tracked until the site confirms that it has been applied, and a change the site rejects is reported with the reason

How It Works

1. Pricing decision — A price change is determined, either manually or by a third-party pricing optimization system
2. Distribution — The new price is pushed through the Kii platform to the target stations
3. Execution — The price change is applied at the station’s POS and pump controllers
4. Confirmation — Kii captures the updated price and confirms execution back to the central system
