Data-Driven Wetstock Management

Effective wetstock management requires having critical data in a single platform. Kii’s Analytics & Insights module provides operators with a 360-degree view of their tank inventory, fuel requirements, and operational status — transforming raw tank data into actionable intelligence.

Single Definable View

Our dashboard presents all important tank data and KPIs at a glance. Every operator has different priorities — our customizable column display lets you configure exactly which metrics appear:

  • Level, ullage, product temperature, and status
  • Average daily usage (7-day and 30-day)
  • Average pre-fill level for delivery planning
  • Last fill date and tank capacity
  • Firmware version and signal strength for device health

Portfolio-Level Intelligence

Switch between list view and map view for portfolio-level visibility. Filter by tenant, location, product, category, or status to isolate the data relevant to a specific operational question.

Trend Analysis

Track consumption patterns over time with built-in trend charts. Identify anomalies, optimize delivery schedules, and forecast demand based on historical data.

Tank Detail View

Drill into any individual tank for a comprehensive view including fill level percentage, ullage, water level, temperature, status, tenants/tags, content type, location, and capacity — plus additional information for deeper analysis.

Delivery Efficiency

A delivery costs about the same whether the tank takes a partial load or a full one, so the level a tank is at when it is refilled decides how many trips the same fuel takes. Fill Event Reports show how full each tank was before and after every delivery, and Potential Savings Reports estimate the savings from delivering at an optimal pre-fill level, based on the average cost per delivery transaction.

Why the pre-fill level mattersThree tanks. Ordered early, the tank is still half full and takes a partial load, so the same fuel needs about twice as many deliveries. Ordered on time, the tank is nearly empty and takes a full load. Ordered too late, the tank runs out before the delivery arrives, which means lost sales and an emergency delivery.PartialloadStill half fullOrdered earlyMore deliveriesfor the same fuelFullloadOrdered on timeFewer, fullerdeliveriesRan outOrdered too lateLost sales and anemergency deliveryIn the tankDelivered
Ordered too early, a tank takes a partial load and the same fuel needs more deliveries; ordered too late, it runs out. On time means a full load before it runs dry.
